Uniion does not endorse or guarantee any vendor. All bookings are made at the user’s discretion and risk.
4.3 Cancellations and Disputes
All cancellations, refunds, and disputes are governed by the vendor’s own policies. Uniion may assist in dispute resolution but is not liable for outcomes.
4.4 Payments
Where applicable, payments are processed via third-party platforms. Users must review and accept those providers’ terms and conditions.
4.5 Reviews
Couples can leave honest reviews following a completed service. Reviews must be respectful and accurate. Uniion reserves the right to remove inappropriate content.
5. Terms for Vendors
5.1 Listings and Profiles
Vendors may:
Create business profiles
Add services, pricing, availability, and images
Manage enquiries and bookings from couples
Vendors are responsible for keeping their listings up-to-date and accurate.
5.2 Legal Obligations
Vendors must:
Operate in accordance with applicable UK laws (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015)
Provide clear payment, refund, and cancellation policies
Hold appropriate insurance and licenses where required
5.3 Fees and Charges
Uniion may apply listing fees, subscription fees, or booking commissions. These fees will be clearly disclosed in advance. Changes to pricing will be communicated with 30 days’ notice.
5.4 Content Ownership
Vendors retain ownership of their content but grant Uniion a royalty-free licence to use and promote such content across its platform and marketing materials.
